At RMC Inmobiliaria, we undertake a thorough check and analysis of all the characteristics of the site, house, room or any other type of real estate in order to have a clear and precise understanding of the current situation (for timely correction or planning the necessary actions for possible improvements).

We check legal and city property regulations; check debts (mortgage and other types of debt); We are responsible for drafting the necessary documents for sale (deposit agreement, individual agreement, etc.).

GOLDEN VISA

According to the Law on the Support of Entrepreneurs and their Internationalization (Law 14/2013), you can get a residence permit, which is informally called a “Golden Visa”, if you:

  • Buy shares or participate in local companies for at least one million euros
  • invest two million euros in Spanish Treasury bonds
  • Plan to launch a commercial project, or are invited by a Spanish company as a highly qualified specialist
  • Invest at least 500,000 euros in real estate in Spain (residential or commercial)

Once you have demonstrated one of the options listed above, you can apply for a residence permit in the Spanish consulate of the country in which you reside. You can get either a residence permit or a visa.
